Alice Smith died peacefully, surrounded by her family, at Granite Ridge Retirement Residence in Gravenhurst on Tuesday, March 1st, 2016 in her 98th year. Beloved wife of the late Gordon Smith. Dear Mother of Gail Znebel (Boris), June Thompson (the late Ervine) and Glenna Smith (Trevor Studden). Loving grandmother of Krista, Darien, Cory, Karen, Robert, Brett and Craig. Sister of Betty King, Peter Pearcey and the late May Broad, Harry, Fred, Bill and Jack Pearcey. The family will receive friends at the Reynolds Funeral Home "Turner Chapel" in Bracebridge on Friday from 7-9 p.m. and Saturday from 11-1 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at Bracebridge United Church on Saturday, March 5th, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Spring interment Ziska Cemetery
