Allan Davey

Al passed away peacefully at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge on Thursday, August 3rd, 2017 in his 91st year. Beloved husband of the late Dollie Davey of Bracebridge. Loving father of Joe and his wife Debbie and Lynda Davey and her friend Kosmas Zografopoulos. Devoted grandfather of Allison Davey, Alexandra Davey, Joey Norsworthy and Michael Norsworthy. Dear brother of the late Frederick and Arthur Davey.He will always be remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Violet Davey. Al was a Past Master of Lebanon Lodge, Oshawa and a Member of Muskoka Lodge 360. He was a 32 degree Scottish Rite Member, past president Muskoka Shrine Club (1988). After retiring from Pedlar People in Oshawa, Al was a business man in Bracebridge for many years. At Al's request, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Al's life will be held at a later date. If desired, memorial donations can be directed to the Shriner's Hospital for Sick Children, Children's Foundation of Muskoka, Hospice Muskoka or the South Muskoka Hospital Foundation.
