FOX, Anna Davis (née Denholm) passed away peacefully at The Pines on June 8th, 2018 in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late George Fox. Predeceased by her siblings, Mary McRae, Andrew Denholm, Beatrice Wells, Sills Denholm, Margaret Higham. Cherished mother of Elizabeth Fox, Debbie Scott (Peter) and Andrew Fox (Janice). Loved by her grandchildren Jennifer Innes (Brent), Julia Fox, Carolyn Bilben, Christina Bilben, Justin Bilben, Jordan Bilben. Loved also by her great-grandchildren, Will and Ryan Innes, Leo Laroche. Anna was born of a missionary doctor and nurse who took up a life-long medical practice in Parry Sound, where she was raised. As a music teacher and supervisor in Brant County, Anna's passion for singing led her to take a summer course at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto where she met her beloved George. Together in Brantford, Ontario, Anna and George's lives were filled with never-ending love and music. In 1971, the couple traveled to Bermuda to teach music for three years. They retired in Toronto and ultimately, Anna settled in Bracebridge where she has resided for the last 17 years. The family would like to thank all staff, volunteers and friends at The Pines who made her life fulfilling over the last three years.
