Arlene Reimer

Reimer, Arlene Marie passed away peacefully at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital on August 12, 2017 at the age of 64. She leaves behind her loving husband Murray and children Brian (Shanalee) and Steven. A native of Scarbourough, and the eldest sister of a very large family, she moved to Muskoka with her young family forty years ago where she built a home with her husband in Milford Bay. Arlene will always be remembered by her many friends for her warm smile and friendly personality. She was always willing to lend an ear, or to share a few words of support and encouragement. Never afraid to dive in and take charge. She was an avid bingo player and Ladies League bowler. In the local community she was involved in Scouts Canada the local Community Club, St. Mark's Church and municipal politics. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Arlene's Life will be held on Sunday, August 20, 2017 from 2- 4 p.m. at Milford Bay Community Centre. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Canadian Cancer Society or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
