Barbara Francis

Barbara Joan Francis died peacefully at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge, surrounded by her loving family, on Wednesday, March 6th, 2019, at the age of 65 years. Beloved wife of Bob Francis of Bracebridge. Loving mother of Shaun (Maegan), Kyle (Shawna), and Nickie (Sean). Cherished grandmother of Hallie. Dear sister of Carol Bryan and the late Ross Howard. She is also predeceased by her parents Ralph and Freda Howard. Barb will always be remembered dearly for her amazing strength, courage, positivity, love of animals, and for putting others first, always. She poured her heart and soul into caring for her family, friends, and the "community" that she created with Bob at Rich Hill Candles. She was an inspiration to all. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Barb's life will be held in the summer. As your expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the M.S. Society or the O.S.P.C.A Muskoka Branch.
