Bonnie Christie

Bonnie Christie, died at Andy’s House, Port Carling on Thursday, June 15th, 2023, after a brief battle with a rapid cancer.   Bonnie was gentle, kind, and wise to all she knew.   Born in Brockville in 1943, she married George Christie in 1967 and called him her “Centennial Project”.   They both worked at IBM Canada in Toronto retiring in 1993 and moving to Bracebridge in 1994. Bonnie loved listening and playing the piano and was the pianist at Muskoka Falls United Church for several years. She was involved in several local charities and Therapeutic Touch from its early days.   Cremation has taken place.   Memorial donations may be made to Andy’s House, Hospice Muskoka.
