Buck Patterson

PATTERSON, Garnet Edward "Buck" Past Fire Chief of Milford Bay Fire Department for 40 years and employee of Fowler Construction for 60 years. Buck passed away, surrounded by his family, on Thursday, February 25th, 2016 at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital at the age of 77. Beloved husband of Joy Patterson (nee Longhurst) and the late Sheila Patterson (nee Coulson). Loving father of Linda (Bill) McAuley, Cheryl (Peter) Ferguson, the late Wendy Patterson, Timothy (Cindy) Patterson, Char Neely and Tammy (Kyle McCormack) Reynolds. Cherished grandfather of Ryan, Wyatt (Shawna), Brock, Dylan, Tanner, Isaac, Mason, Josie, Jake, Emily, Seth & Olive. Dear brother of Diane, Joan, John, Marilyn and Barb. Buck will be remembered by his son-in-law Brian Hicks and Wes Reynolds. Also left to mourn are many nieces, nephews and extended family. The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 28th, 2016 at Reynolds Funeral Home "Turner Chapel" from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday, February 29th, 2016 at the Milford Bay Community Centre at 1 p.m. Interment to be held in the spring. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations can be made to the Milford Bay Library, Alzheimer Society of Muskoka or to the West Muskoka Food Bank.
