Daniel Paul Ballantine

September 22, 1971- December 22, 2022

After a tragic accident, Dan passed away peacefully and embraced by family on December 22, 2022.

Dan had a zest for life, was fun-loving, humorous, caring, patient, engaging, curious and generous to a fault. His authenticity and radiant charm brought every place he visited and everyone he touched to life.

The importance and love he held for his family and friends was at his core and in-turn he will be missed by so many. His big-hearted laugh, the music he loved, and his beautiful voice will echo across his beloved Bigwind Lake forever and the countless memories he created with all of us will always be there.

A Celebration of Life will be planned for the spring of 2023

Those wishing to make a donation in Dan's memory might consider the St. Michael's Hospital Foundation and the Trauma/Neurosurgery Intensive Care Unit (for improvements to the Quiet Room).  The family would like to thank the TNICU staff for all of the dedicated work they do.
