Rodney, Darcy Anthony With sadness, we announce that Darcy succumbed to a brain tumour on October 13, 2010 at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital, Bracebridge at the age of 56. Dearly loved husband of Cathryn (Morrison) & father of Evan & Mason. Already greatly missed by his mother, Betty Rodney of Elliot Lake, his siblings, Larry & Jean Rodney of Manotick, Emy Ambo of Elliot Lake, Heather Rodney of Illinois, & their families. Also missed by his in-laws, Charlotte & Eric Penrose of Kitchener, Calvin & Norah Morrison of Bracebridge, Celia & Bruce Thomson of Brampton, Courtney & Jennifer Morrison of Vancouver, & their families. Special thanks to the care workers of Community Care Access Centre, South Muskoka Hospital, the volunteer drivers from the Canadian Cancer Society & the wonderful support of our many family, friends & co-workers. Cremation has taken place. The family welcomes all friends to a Memorial Service to be held on Saturday, November 6, 2010 at the Rotary Centre, 131 Wellington St., Bracebridge at 2:30 pm. Donations in memory of Darcy may be made to the South Muskoka Hospital Foundation or Hospice Muskoka.
