Diana Betty Eaton

On December 3rd, 2024, at the age of 97, Diana Betty Eaton of Bracebridge died peacefully at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital. Diana was predeceased by her husband Dr. Douglas Eaton, and her son Mark Eaton (Debbie King).

She is survived by her loving daughters Hilary Eaton, Jane Eaton (Karl Brown), and her cherished grandchildren Alex Rowell (Corey Rowell), Lillian Hempel, and step grandchildren Erik Brown and Nora Brown.

Diana and Douglas moved to Bracebridge in 1966 after emigrating from England with their three children. Diana spent many years working at the Greig Medical Group, and volunteering for Meals on Wheels and the Manna Foodbank.

In accordance with Diana’s wishes, cremation has taken place. There is no formal gathering planned at the present time.
