Diane Catherine Fenn (nee Shields) November 7, 1942 - July 24, 2017 It is with deep sadness, we share the news of the passing of Diane Fenn, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. Diane will be deeply missed by her loving husband Patrick and their four children, Michael (Maria) Fenn, Kathy (Terry) Munro, David (Tammy) Fenn, Michele (Stephen) Anderson, her six grandchildren, Terra Fenn, Sean Fenn, Cameron Munro, Emily Fenn, Amanda Fenn, Kristen Munro, her first great granddaughter Bréa Fenn-Zoutman and her brother Peter Shields. She was predeceased by her parents, Bill and Catherine Shields, her brothers Michael and John Shields. Diane was born in Toronto, Ontario and passed away at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge in her 75th year. She was a dynamic loving woman who devoted her life to the love and care of her family. Her love of family and music provided a foundation of nurturing to all her children, grandchildren, great grandchild, nieces and nephews. Diane had a life-long love of animals and had numerous pets over the years which she loved dearly. The Family extends their deepest gratitude to the doctors and nursing staff at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital for their dedicated care, kindness and support. Visitation will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Reynolds Funeral Home on Thursday July 27th, 2017 and a Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Bracebridge, on Friday July 28, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow at the church. Interment will take place at a later date in St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Bracebridge. In lieu of flowers, donations to The South Muskoka Memorial Hospital Foundation (http://www.healthmuskoka.ca/) would be greatly appreciated.
