DONALD JAMES FORTH Who died peacefully at the Pines Long Term Care Residence in Bracebridge on Tuesday, May 26th, 2009 83rd year. Beloved husband of the late Charlotte Forth. Dear Father of David (Sandra) Forth of Bracebridge and Douglas (Joanne) Forth of Barrie. Loving grandfather of Christine, Ryan, Jacquleine, Katharine, Shelley and Olivia. Brother of Robert, Douglas, Iona , Susan and the Late Jean and Duncan. Son of the late Henry (Harry) and Elizabeth Forth. A private graveside service will be held at St Thomas Cemetery in St Thomas, Ontario. Arrangements entrusted to the Reynolds Funeral Home "Turner Chapel" in Bracebridge.
