DOROTHY JEAN MATTHIAS Partner of the former Matthias Furniture and Appliances Store Died peacefully at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge on Wednesday, October 8th, 2014 at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late George Samuel Matthias, who predeceased his wife on July 1, 2000. Loving mother of Lynda Lynn and her partner Ronald Goltz of Bracebridge. Predeceased by a son, Douglas George Matthias. Much loved grandmother of Adam Lynn and his wife Bety Bradlynn of Kingston, ON and Andrea Lynn-Young and her husband Craig Young of Halifax, NS. Proud great-grandmother Toban & Rylie Bradlynn and Samuel and Sydney Young. Survived by her siblings; Hugh McIntosh, Leslie McIntosh, Frances Brewer and Donald McIntosh and by her brother Irvine's wife; Irma McIntosh. Predeceased by her brothers Irvine McIntosh and Arthur McIntosh. In honouring her wishes Mrs. Matthias will be cremated and will be laid to rest at a later date with her husband George at the St. Thomas Cemetery in Bracebridge.
