MERRITT, Douglas Lloyd Died unexpectedly on Monday, March 28, 2011 at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Linda Merritt. Dear father of Bonnie Goodlad (John) of Barrie, Terri Fligg (Bill) of Barrie and Douglas George Merritt (Dianne Hossack) of Novar. Loving grandfather of Nicole and Jordan Goodlad, Natasha and Nathan Fligg, Douglas Justin Merritt and Ben and Nathan Hossack. Cherished brother of Irma Peever, Noreen Thorogood and the late Ken, Milton and Harold Merritt. Also, lovingly remembered by the Maynards, and Linda's family the Thompsons and his many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. A private service was held at the family home.
