THOMPSON, RUTH Who died peacefully at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital, in Bracebridge, on Saturday, June 20, 2009, in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Ivan Thompson. Loving mother of Keith. Proud grandmother of Warren & Amanda and great grandmother of 8. Dear sister of Grace Gibbs and the late Allan, Clarence "Bus" & Lorne Taylor. Sadly missed by her many nieces & nephews. Friends were received at the Reynolds Funeral Home ‘Turner Chapel' in Bracebridge, on Monday, June 22, 2009 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral was held at St. Thomas Anglican Church on Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Interment followed at St. Thomas Anglican Cemetery.
