Eileen Quinton was born in Bent River on April 11; 1926 and died January 17th, 2019 peacefully surrounded by her son and family.
She was one of six children born to Charles and Annie Quinton.
She lived in Montreal after the war from Sept 1945, returned to Bent Biver in 1970. She taught Sunday school at the St Thomas Church, was a member of the Bent River Women's Institute, Royal Canadian Legion, and Wellington Street Pentecostal Church. Survived by son Wayne,(Lisa), six grandchildren: Derek (Jennifer), Christopher (Veronique), Steven (Julia), Chloe, Joshua and Rachel. Six great grandchildren, Tristan, Kayla, Noah, Alexis, Emma and Nate. She is also survived by one sister Millie Klingbiel (Ross) and 4 late siblings, Violet, Elva, Roy, and Melvin and many nieces and nephews. Wife of the late Bruce Morris and mother to the late Alan Morris. Specially thought of by Marilyn Saulsbury (Tim), mother to Derek and Steven.
