ALLAN, Elizabeth Burt "Betty" Betty lived at Bracebridge Villa Retirement Lodge until her passing on Tuesday, May 25, 2010, at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital, in Bracebridge, in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Donald Allan. Survived by her daughter Laurie Coates, her son-in-law Ken Oates and her sister-in-law Doreen Nicolson. Predeceased by her son Ricky Nicolson and her brother Jack Nicolson. Betty grew up at the family home at Edina Beach Lodge, on Lake Rosseau, Muskoka. She was a longtime employee of Clevelands House in Minett. Friends will be received at the Reynolds Funeral Home ‘Turner Chapel' in Bracebridge, from 11:30 until time of service at 1:00 p.m., on Friday, May 28, 2010. Interment of cremated remains will take place at Christ Church Cemetery, Gregory, ON, at a later date.
