Elizabeth Flucker

Elizabeth Ann (Hood) Flucker in her 94 year passed peacefully surrounded by love on January 11, 2014 at the Pines in Bracebridge. Pre-deceased by her husband James. The devoted Mother of David and Beth (Neilson), pre-deceased by her daughter-in-law Marilyn, Joan and Douglas (Horsfall), Douglas and Nancy (Bigelow), Donald and Patti. She will be sadly missed by her grand children Timothy, Wendy, Leanne, Dwayne, Gregory, Narin and Cassandra and their families, including 11 Great-grandchildren. Elizabeth was an active members of the Bracebridge United Church and member of the UCW for many years. As a graduate of the College of Art, Elizabeth enjoyed her long association with the painting group The Brown Baggers and her china painting group. Elizabeth's love of her home and family was always evident in her daily life. The immediate family will be having a quiet gathering to honour Elizabeth at this time. There will be a gathering in the summer to be attended by friends and family. Donations to the Bracebridge United Church.
