Frederick Douglas Pearcey died peacefully at Granite Ridge in Gravenhurst on Monday, August 24th, 2015 in his 96th year. Beloved husband of Olive Pearcey of Gravenhurst. Dear father of Thomas Pearcey, Malcolm Pearcey (Dawn), Jo Anne Pike and Loretta Butt (David). Loving grandfather of Jim, Kim, Dean, Mark, Alexandra, Kristin, Brian, Jacob, Tage, Kaitlin, Zachary and the late Logan. Great grandfather of 10. Brother of Alice Smith, Betty King, Peter Pearcey and the late May Broad, Harry Pearcey, Bill Pearcey and Jack Pearcey. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Fred's life will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #161 in Bracebridge on Sunday, September 6th, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. As your expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion.
