Gary Cummins

With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Gary Cummins on September 29th, 2021, in his 69th year.  Gary fought a courageous battle over the past 12 years with three different types of cancer.
Gary leaves behind his best friend and devoted wife of 35 years, Nancy (nee Pearce), sister Gail (Mike) Russell, brother Bruce (Janet) Cummins, nephews Shane (Angela) Cummins,  Chad (Amanda) Cummins,  niece Janine Russell and great nephews Remmi, Rhylee, Luke, Evan, Mark and Curtis.
Gary was born on March 15th, 1953, to Ernie and Shirley (nee Sindrey) Cummins (predeseased).  Gary lived most of his life in the city of North York and after retiring from his 35 year employment with the City of Toronto, they moved to Bracebridge to fulfill there lifetime dream of residing close to their summer cottage.

If so desired, a donation in Gary's name to the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital, the Royal Victoria Oncology Centre or the Princess Margret Hospital would be greatly  appreciated by the family.
