GUTHRIE, Glenn David 1951 - 1953 Korean War Veteran. Died peacefully at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge on Wednesday, October 17th, 2012 in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Sharon and the late Joyce. Loving father of Mark (Faylene). Stepfather of Gail and Doug. Cherished grandfather of Mark Jr., Cayden, Mackenna, Paul, Corry, Crissy and Autumn. Great grandfather of Tyler. Dear brother of Stan, Teresa, Donna, Ruth, Heather, Kay, Louie, Peter and Charlene. Predeceased by his brothers Kenny and Jimmy. Step-father of Jewel, Margaret & Edward. Step-grandfather of Peter, Maya, Robin & Ashley. Glenn will be remembered by his dear friends Kevin, Murray, Mike and Ron. At Glenn's request, cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the Royal Canadian Legion in Bracebridge, on Wednesday, October 24th, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. to honour Glenn's life.
