Gordon Herbert Sturgess passed away suddenly at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge on Monday, November 30th, 2015 in his 62nd year. Beloved husband of Mary Sturgess of Port Sydney. Dear father of Radford Sturgess, Peter Sturgess (Jill Sturgess), Linda Burley, Stephen Sturgess (Andrea van Willigen) and Matthew Sturgess (Sasha Demers). Loving grandfather of Kaleigh, Olivia, Parkin, Ashley, Kyle and Alexis. Great grandfather of Kaeden. Dear brother of Mary Lou Stephenson, Debbie Sturgess-Osborne, Suzanne Weber and the late Marilyn Woodard and Rose Mary Sturgess. At Gord's request cremation has taken place.
