Franks, Ian Mitchell died suddenly in Whistler B.C. on Tuesday, July 15th, 2014 at the age of 35 years. Dear son of Beverley Anne Franks (nee Smith) of Bracebridge and the late Peter Franks. Loving brother of Rachel and Adam. Loving grandson of Grace Franks and the late Mitchell Franks and Maxwell and Margaret Smith. Dear nephew of Diane, John (Jan), Phillip (Sandra), Ellen, Carol (Bart), Jane and the late Irvine. He is also survived by many cousins. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Ian's life will be held at Kerr Park on Saturday, September 27, 2014 from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. As your expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice.
