Ilean Roberts

Ilean Jean Roberts (nee Hughson) On August 3, 2011 in her 83rd year. Ilean, beloved wife of Ross, for 62 years, passed away peacefully at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital surrounded by her loving family after a courageous, but brief battle with cancer. Devoted mother of son Brian and wife Carol, daughter Elaine and husband Paul. Loving Grandmother to Brendon, Ryan, Kendall and Trevor, Great Grandmother to Mikayla and dear sister to Mattie Biegler and Ernest Hughson. Visitation to be held at Reynolds Funeral Home "Turner Chapel" in Bracebridge on Sunday, August 7, 2011 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm (www.reynoldsfuneral.com). A Memorial service for Ilean will be held at St. Thomas Anglican Church (Bracebridge) on September 10, 2011 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Camp Trillium (www.camptrillium.com) or War Amps of Canada (www.waramps.ca) The family extends sincere thanks to all the staff at South Muskoka for their special concern and care for Ilean's comfort over the past few days.
