Bennie, James died peacefully at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge on Saturday March 20th, 2010 in his 80th year. Beloved husband of the late Anna Bennie. Dear father of Lorna Hetherington of Bracebridge, Ian (Jane) Bennie of Munster and David (Kim) Bennie of Port Carling. Loving grandfather of Leanne, Hillary, Laura, Amanda and Natalie. Dear brother of Ishbel (Gordon) McKillop and the late Gibson Bennie. A memorial gathering of friends will be held at a later date in Port Carling. As your expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the South Muskoka Hospital Foundation. Arrangements entrusted to the Reynolds Funeral Home "Turner Chapel" in Bracebridge.
