Jessie Brazier

BRAZIER, J. Merle August 1, 1930 - February 23, 2018 Peacefully, after a long and challenging battle with Alzheimers, at The Pines Long Term Care Facility in Bracebridge. Merle Brazier passed from this life in her 88th year. Merle was sadly predeceased by her husbands Kenneth E. Shier and George H. Brazier. She was the loving and devoted mother of Linda L. Shier, Mary R. Powell (Al), K. Paul Shier and step-mother of Kathryn Brazier and Michael Brazier. Proud grandmother of Kristin N. Sieber, James Fitzmaurice (Sarah), Michael Fitzmaurice (Caitlin), Dayna Irwin and Nic Irwin. Great grandmother of Mary Grace Fitzmaurice and William James Fitzmaurice. Loving sister of Shirley Lott (Bruce), Glenn Lee (Patricia), Murray Lee (Janet) and the late Raymond Lee (Joan). Cremation has taken place. A family memorial service will be held graveside at St. Thomas Anglican Cemetery. If you wish, donations may be made to The Pines, The Alzheimer Society of Muskoka or a charity of your choice.
