JOHN ANTHONY SPOONER Who died peacefully at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge on Tuesday, April 19th, 2011 in his 68th year, after a brief illness with cancer. Beloved husband of Natalie Spooner of Bracebridge and the late Joanne Spooner. Stepfather of Drew McDougall, Megan McDougall and Lauren McDougall of Calgary. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial gathering of friends will take place at 12 Windsong Crescent in Bracebridge on Saturday, April 30th, 2011 from 1 - 5 p.m. If you so desire, a small plate of finger food items, i.e., sandwiches, veggies, fruit, cheese, pickles, sweets etc., would be much appreciated and we shall have a potluck afternoon. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the South Muskoka Hospital Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or to the charity of your choice.
