Joseph Gibson

GIBSON, J. LARRY, (Retired Civil Engineer of The Great Lakes Pulp and Paper Mill now Bowaters in Thunder Bay) Died suddenly and unexpectedly on Thursday, November 20th , 2008 at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital, Bracebridge, at the age of 70. Loved and sadly missed by his wife Joan of Port Carling and his daughters Pamela Gibson (Bruce Petschke) of Brampton, Angela Henderson (Rob) of Singapore, Rhonda Hearn (Donald) of Tottenham and Nicole Kelly (Joel) of Bracebridge. Devoted and proud Grandpa of Jamie, Catherine, Mitchell, Amanda, Dayna and Kirsten. Loving son of Taimi Gibson and the late Bert of Thunder Bay. Survived by his sisters Patricia Harris (Thomas) of Thunder Bay and Sheila Brooke (Arthur) of Vancouver. Will be missed by his nieces and nephews. Friends were received at Reynolds Funeral Home "Turner Chapel", 1 Mary Street, Bracebridge on Tuesday, November 25th, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. There will be a memorial service held in Thunder Bay at a later date. As your expression of sympathy memorial gifts to the charity of your choice would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
