Karen Jobbins

Passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, October 31st, 2021 at The Pines Long-Term Care Home, Bracebridge, Ontario at the age of 66.

Cherished daughter of Audrey Jobbins and the late Beverley Jobbins. Beloved sister of Cheryl (Dave) Cordner, Brian, and Deborah Vernon (the late Greg). Aunt to Trevor and Drew Vernon.

Karen attended Victoria Street School in Bracebridge, which her parents helped to establish. She loved music, books, animals and her collection of beloved teddy bears.

The family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful staff at The Pines and to Dr. Cross for their care and compassion.

Cremation has taken place and private family interment will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Karen’s memory to a charity of choice would be appreciated.
