McBride, Katherine Lee "Katie" Katie has fought for so long, overcoming everything life had to throw at her. Staying strong and happy every step of the way. Unfortunately her little body couldn't fight any longer, she peacefully passed away with her family by her side at the Toronto General Hospital in Toronto on Thursday, March 13th, 2014 in her 30th, year. Cherished daughter of Leslie and Janet McBride. Loving sister of Kelly McBride-Fowler (Nathan). Loving aunt of Jaiden May and Jaxson. Grand-daughter of the late George & Ella McBride and May & Bruce Middlebrook. She was loved by many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Special thanks to all the nurses at Soldiers Memorial Hospital Dialysis Unit, the ICU and Dr. Lam and Dr Polopalus. The family will receive friends at the Reynolds Funeral Home "Turner Chapel" in Bracebridge on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. the service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, March 19th, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. Spring interment St Thomas Anglican Cemetery.
