Lois Wright

WRIGHT, Lois Muriel Vivian (nee McCaughey) Passed away peacefully at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at age 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Bruce Wright (married 1942.) Loving Mother of Carol Ann (husband Paul Stueck) of Huntsville and Donald Bruce (wife Leslie Bixel) of Los Gatos, California. Beloved Grandmother of Anne Stueck and Bob Stueck, and Great Grandmother of Maddy, Oscar, Ryder and Fletcher. Survived by her brother Donald George McCaughey of Ottawa. Predeceased by her parents Stanley and Muriel McCaughey, and brother Lloyd McCaughey, all of Ottawa. Since 2006, Lois received caring attention and support at The Pines in Bracebridge. Previously, she had been a long time resident of Waterloo. Lois came to Kitchener in 1944 after husband Bruce's discharge from Army service. Lois's remains will be placed alongside those of dear husband Bruce in the Parkview Cemetery and Crematorium in Waterloo. The family plans a private memorial service.
