Lorraine Doreen Lawrie

It is with great sadness the family of Lorraine Lawrie, of Bracebridge, Ontario announce her passing. Lorraine passed away peacefully on September 11th, 2024, surrounded by family.

Born on October 22, 1940, to her parents Nellie and James Robertson of Toronto.

Lorraine was predeceased by her husband Chuck (Charles) Lawrie and her brother Bob (Robert) Robertson.

She will be fondly remembered by her 5 children Carol (Derek), Andy (Tammy), Doug, Robert (Charlotte) and Jennifer. Lorraine was a loving grandmother to 9 and a great grandmother to 8.

She will be deeply missed by all her friends and family.

Visitation and Service will be held at the Reynolds Funeral Home, 1 Mary Street, Bracebridge on Saturday, September 14th from 10-11am, followed by a service in the Chapel at 11am. Interment at the Bracebridge Municipal Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Andy's House, Muskoka Hospice in Port Carling and Sick Kids Foundation.
