TREVENA, MARGARET WILVA (nee Hughes) After a brave fight, ‘Wilva' passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 12th, 2016 at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital at 86. Cherished mother of Lynn (Gordon) Lefevre and Cheryl (Roger) Amram. Loving Grandmother of James, Lauren, Kara and Derek Lefevre, Gerald and Jacquelyn Amram and Shari Cooper. Great grandmother of Cedar and River. Dearest sister of Diane (Pelino) Scenna, William (Iva) Hughes, the late Ron (Janet) Hughes and the late Douglas (Beverley) Hughes. Wilva will be dearly missed by her many nieces and nephews and their families. Treasured friend to many who will also mourn her passing. Many thanks for the outstanding care Wilva received at SMM Hospital and to the loving staff at Castle Peak Retirement Residence. In keeping with Wilva's wishes, cremation has taken place. A gathering to celebrate her life will be held at Inn at the Falls in Bracebridge on Sunday June 12th, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or to the KIdney Foundation of Canada.
