Maria Ursano

URSANO, Maria "Teresa" A founding member of the St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Womens League. After a courageous battle with cancer, Teresa passed away peacefully, on Monday, May 12, 2014 at "The Pines" in Bracebridge. She was just shy of her 91st birthday. Beloved wife of the late Tommaso Ursano. Loving mother of Joe (Carol) and Irene (John). Cherished grandmother of Lisa. Survived by her loving sister Raffaela of Italy. Teresa will be missed by many relatives in Italy, Germany and Canada. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 15, 2014 from 7-9 p.m. at Reynolds Funeral Home "Turner chapel", Bracebridge. The funeral mass will be said on Friday, May 16, 2014 at 2 p.m. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations can be made to South Muskoka Hospital Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society, The Pines or to the Royal Victoria Hospital Foundation "Cancer Centre" .
