Briese, Mervin Walter died peacefully at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge on Thursday, September 12th, 2013 in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Georgina Briese. Dear father of Barbara Cousineau-Macdonald (Richard) and Scott Briese (Elizabeth). Loving grandfather of Christopher, Cassandra and Connor. He is also predeceased by his son-in-law Terry Cousineau. Dear brother of the late Coreen Fenton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Reynolds Funeral Home "Turner Chapel" in Bracebridge on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A graveside service will be held at St Thomas Anglican Cemetery in Ullswater on Tuesday, September 17th, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. As your expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the O.S.P.C.A.- Muskoka, South Muskoka Hospital Foundation or St Thomas Anglican Church Ullswater.
