FRENCH, Mildred Annie Clarissa (nee Stevenson) Millie passed away peacefully, with family at her side, at Muskoka Landing, on Friday, March 8, 2013 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Bertram ‘Bert' French. Loving mother of Bert French Jr. (Diane Bowes) of Kilworthy, Larry French (Marilyn) of Port Sydney, Mair French of Port Sydney, Faye French (Bob Springer) of Port Sydney, Helen French of Port Sydney, Dan French (Sue Senechal) of Bracebridge and Dorrie French (Keith Dawe) of Georgetown, NL. Proud grandmother and great grandmother of so many. Dear sister to Melvin Stevenson (Gertrude), Helen Nickason, Bertram Stevenson (Julia), and the late Hilda Cowan, Bernard Stevenson, Luella Montgomery, Eleanor Honsberger and Evelyn Price. Friends will be received at the Reynolds Funeral Home ‘Turner Chapel' on Sunday, March 10, 2013 from 7-9 p.m. and on Monday, March 11, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Visitation will also be held at Deer Lake Gospel Hall in Port Sydney on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. Spring interment at Stephenson Cemetery, Port Sydney. If desired, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Muskoka or the South Muskoka Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
