Nancy Day

Nancy Lynn Day passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at age 61. Beloved wife of Rick Wood. Big sister to Mike Ellis (Michelle). Loving mother of Alison, Lindsay, Shawna and Jennifer. Cherished grandma of Lillian, Chase, Flint and Sophie.

Born on April 18, 1960 in Bracebridge. She was raised in the little town of Baysville, briefly tried her hand in the big city before returning to the town she loved.

With support of her husband, Nancy was able to spend her final days in the home she and Rick built; peacefully listening to the sounds of nature surrounding their property.

There will be no formal service at this time. A Celebration of Nancy’s Life will occur at a later date.
