Nina Robertson

Nina McLennan Robertson Nina's Family is saddened at their loss of a sister and Aunt on Dec.16th, 2016. The youngest child of John and Gertrude McLennan [deceased] of Dorset, Ont. celebrated her 80th birthday on the 5th of Dec, this year. Her husband Alan Robertson of Norway Point, Lake of Bays, predeceased her on April 26 1994. Also predeceased by Brothers Marvin, Leonard and Noel McLennan, and sisters Marvel Chamberlain, Genevieve, and Phyllis Johnson. Brothers Ivan, Ross, and John and their wives are saddened by the loss of their Sister Nina. She was loved and will be missed by her 22 nieces and nephews and their children. Nina was a talented singer, and piano and organ musician, and contributed much to the enjoyment of others. Over the years, she was a valued participant and leader of many shows and choirs. The McLennan Trio [Nina, John, and Nephew Jerry] was the Band of choice for many Dorset community, church, and family functions. Nina chose to have her body cremated and in the summer, the family will have a memory time for Nina McLennan Robertson in Dorset. Watch for a notification of time and location in the local papers.
