Norman Elliott Rosewarne died peacefully at Soldiers Memorial Hospital in Orillia on Thursday, October 19th, 2017 in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of the late Amybel and Florence Rosewarne. Dear father of Jamie (Diane) Rosewarne of Ottawa and Nancy (Gavin) McIntosh of Orillia. Rod, proud stepson, and Maggie daughter-in-law, Jenifer and Cathy, Muriel, sister in law, Stephanie and Paul Douglas and Norman, brothers in law. Loving grandfather of Alexander, Nicholas, Mikaela, Breanna and Robbie. Brother of Margaret Huckle and the late Gordon Rosewarne. The family will receive friends at the Reynolds Funeral Home in Bracebridge on Friday, October 27th, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A private family service will be held at a later date. A public celebration of Norm's life will be held at Patterson-Kaye Lodge in Bracebridge on Saturday, October 28th, 2017 from 2 - 5 p.m. As your expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to South Muskoka Memorial Hospital, Soldiers Memorial Hospital or Mariposa House Hospice.
