Patricia Eleanor Luker (Skelding) 1944-2015 With sad hearts we announce the passing of Patricia Eleanor Luker (Pat) on December 5, 2015 at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital. Our Patsy fought a courageous battle and we are all so proud of her strength and determination. Predeceased by her father, Dr. Harold Victor Skelding, mother, Eleanor Burns Rourke and beloved son, William Evan Luker. Pat will be deeply missed by her husband, best friend and life long partner, Artie. The most loving mother to Jeffrey, Mark, Jimmy (Brenda) and Kailey (Jeffrey Malcolm). Gramma to Beau, Amos, Jeffrey and Alexis. Missed by her loved siblings Jeff, Peggy, Lee, Bobby, Jim and many nieces and nephews. Pat was a shining light to those who knew her. She dedicated her life to her children and raised them in a loving home. Pat was raised in Gananoque, Ontario and spent her summers on the shores of Lake Huron where she met many of her lifelong friends. Pat spent the last 46 years in Bracebridge, where she raised her five children along with her loving husband. During those years she was a supportive and loyal friend to those who knew and loved her. Pat was a genuine, fun loving and kind woman who will be deeply missed by so many. Good night Patsy. A small open house for close friends and family will be held at the Luker Family home on Saturday, December 12th, from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
