AUSTIN, Peter Stanley Proud owner and operator of Austin Service Station passed away peacefully on Friday, January 9th, 2015 at The Pines Long Term Care Home in Bracebridge in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Alayne Austin (nee Slater). Loving father of Alva Woods, Elayne Gonneau (Ross) and Ivan Austin (Linda). Cherished grandfather of Peter (Bea), Josh (Chihiro), Amy (Joel), Angela (Daniel), Jason, Aaron and Donald. Great-grandfather of Keegan and Dylan. Dear brother of Lorna Crockford. Pre-deceased by his siblings; Donald Austin, Eileen Coutts and Wilma Elshaw. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 13th, 2015 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Reynolds Funeral Home "Turner Chapel". The service will be held on Tuesday, January 13th, 2015 at 1 p.m. at St. Thomas Anglican Church. Burial to take place in the spring at Beatrice Cemetery.
