Cooper, Phyllis E. (nee Fraser) Passed away at The Pines Long Term Care Residence, in Bracebridge, on Thursday, November 11, 2010, in her 89th year. She leaves her sons Ron (Suzy) and Peter (Joy). Predeceased by her husband Peter and son David. Matriarch of 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Sister of the late Douglas and Fred Fraser. The funeral will be held at Reynolds Funeral Home ‘Turner Chapel' on Saturday, November 13, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. Cremation will follow.
