MULLEN, Phyllis Isabel (formerly Phyllis Scanlon) (nee Brooks) Phyllis passed away at her home in Bracebridge, on Monday, July 7, 2014 at age 95. Beloved wife of the late Fred Scanlon and the late Truman Mullen. Dear mother of Tom Scanlon of Lively, Anne Watt of Bracebridge and Mark Scanlon of Toronto. Loving grandmother of Kathy (Les) Taylor, Karen (Wayne) Cooper, Kim (Paul) Yaw, Stephen Scanlon (Laurie). Lovingly remembered by many great grandchildren, great great grandchildren & great great great grandchildren. Predeceased by her siblings Tom Brooks, Alice Simmons & Lawrence Brooks. A service of remembrance will be held at St. Thomas Anglican Church, in Bracebridge, on Monday, July 14, 2014 at 1:00 pm. Interment of cremated remains will be held at Walden Cemetery. As your expression of sympathy, memorial gifts to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
