Bamford, Ray Peacefully at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at age 74 years. Beloved husband to Jo Bamford (nee Campbell) of Bracebridge. Beloved father to Wendy Schankula (Dave Wilkes) of Bracebridge and Rusty Bamford of Barrie. Brother to Elizabeth Mortimer of Mortimer's Point. Much loved grandfather to Chris Schankula ,Mary Schankula, Campbell Bamford, Courtney Bamford and Kaelyn Bamford. In keeping with Mr. Bamford's wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the Reynolds Funeral Home "Turner Chapel" in Bracebridge on Thursday , June 2, 2016 from 7 - 9 p.m. A service to celebrate Mr. Bamford's life will be held at the Bracebridge United Church on Friday, June 3, 2016 at 1:00 p. m. In memory, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Diabetes Association or to Bracebridge United Church.
