Ronald Smith

Smith, Ronald Royden 1933 - 2016 Veteran of the OPP and Member of Royal Canadian Legion Br. 161 in Bracebridge. Survived by his wife and best friend Gertrude "Gi" and his three loving and loved daughters; Kimberley Chevalier (Ross), Kelley Johnston (Bruce) and Ronda Smith (Bradley Clayton) and by his grandchildren; Janine, Kevin, Dagny and Liam. Also survived by his sister Frances McVie (David). Cremation has taken place and a private family gathering will take place at the George Kirk Memorial Cemetery/"Kirk Line" Cemetery. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Bracebridge on Sunday, May 29th, 2016 from 2-4 p.m. Memorial gifts in Ron's memory may be made to the South Muskoka Hospital Foundation, Bracebridge.
