Smith, Roy Walter Died peacefully at The Pines Long Term Care Residence in Bracebridge, on Thursday, January 15, 2009, in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Mary Wilkins-Smith of Toronto. Roy will be remembered for his years of service as Deputy Registrar of the Ontario Superior Court in Toronto. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will take place in the Spring at the Ullswater Township Cemetery, Muskoka Lakes, Ontario. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Muskoka (c/o 230 Manitoba St., Unit 205, Bracebridge, ON, P1L 2E1) would be appreciated.
