Ruth Gwenyth Abbott died peacefully at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital In Bracebridge on Thursday, October 13th, 2016 in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Henry Abbott. Dear mother of Jean Heron (Roy), Marilyn Abbott and Jim Abbott (Kim). Loving grandmother of Racquel (Dave) and Michelle (Cody) and great grandmother of Aiden. Dear daughter of Janet Luscombe and the late Chesley. Sister of Barbara, Roy and the late Jean. Ruth is also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Reynolds Funeral Home "Turner Chapel" in Bracebridge on Thursday, October 20th, 2016 from 12 -1 p.m. with the service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. As your expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
