John "Stanley" Carr died peacefully at Leisureworld Muskoka Nursing Home in Gravenhurst on Saturday, November 8th, 2014 in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Bobbie Carr. Step-father of Bruce (Sue) Fawcett, Michael (Val) Fawcett, Christopher (Marie) Fawcett and Morley (Shelley) Fawcett. Dear brother of Edward (Muriel) and the late Jim, Wilf, Douglas, Beattie Carr, Sylvia Ballard and Dorothy McAuley. A Memorial service will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church in Port Carling on Saturday, November 15th, 2014 @ 11:00 a.m. Interment Glen Orchard Cemetery. Donations may be made to the O.S.P.C.A. Muskoka Branch or the Manna Food Bank. Arrangements entrusted to the Reynolds Funeral Home "Turner Chapel" in Bracebridge. Messages of condolences may be left at www.reynoldsfuneral.com
