ANDERSON, Thomas James Buist Passed away peacefully at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge, on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at age 87. Beloved husband of Eleanor. Loving father of Debora, Victoria and her husband John, Karen and her husband Mike. Proud grandfather of Rebecca, Christopher, Samantha, Michelle & Jason and great grandfather of Autumn & Mia. Dear brother of George and his wife Margaret and his late sister Catherine. Brother-in-law to Bill and his wife Joyce. Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Tom was a valiant supporter of The United Way. Should you wish to make a charitable contribution in Tom's memory, please support The United Way. Tom was on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity; he was President & Founder of The Opera Guild of Bracebridge; he was a member of Probus in Bracebridge; he was President of the Stamp Club in Bracebridge and he was a member of the board for the Muskoka Affordable Community Housing (M.A.C.H.) with the District of Muskoka. Friends are invited to celebrate Tom's life with his family, at Reynolds Funeral Home, on Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 1:30 - 4:00 pm. Special memories will be shared at 2:00 pm.
