Todd E. Frankland

Todd E. Frankland July 20, 1963 – October 14, 2023

Passed away peacefully with family at his side, at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital, Bracebridge on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at the age of 60.

Born in East York on July 20, 1963, the family moved to the Keswick area where he remained until college, after which, he spent many years living in the United States. He married Toni (deceased) in Key West, Florida and came back to the Bracebridge area in 2005.

Todd will be lovingly remembered by his mom Arlene Frankland, (predeceased by his dad Ron in 2017), his “bestie” Hillary who has been his best friend throughout good times and tough times. Todd is also survived by his brothers and sisters Rick and Cindy, Brad and Tanya, Dennis (predeceased by John) and Don Simmons, Michele and Indar, and Dawn and Pierre; his nieces and nephews, Tyler and Sandy, Scott, Christine and Soliel, Jessica, and Ivy; grandnephews Logan and Callan, and Austin, Nephew to Bill, Laurence, John and Young Sil, Bob and Sandy, Bud and Judy, great-nephew to Jim.

He will be sadly missed by his co-workers at Home Depot in Bracebridge.

Todd was a gentle soul, a humble man and had a great love for animals and he will missed by so many. Thank you to the South Muskoka Hospital ICU for their care and compassion.  Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at Raymond Community Centre, 2013 Highway 141, Utterson on Friday, October 27, 2023 starting at 2pm. Memorial donations may be made to Muskoka Animal Rescue, South Muskoka Hospital Foundation and Habitat for Humanity.

Death is that state in which one exists only in the memory of others...which is why it is not an end.  No goodbyes. Just good memories.
